It isn't crazy but I am almost sure that for Ebola you'll have to OVER DOSE Bavi. Create a shock by extreme immune system activation.

It will cause extreme fever, heavy convulsions, fast dehydration, etc and other side effects but it could save the patient. I am just not sure if in a CT this is feasible/acceptable. So maybe some extreme measures will have to apply.

Well those who would use it against dense populated countries as the US/Europe/Japan, etc do not need to weaponized it. They are in a religious context by which they believe that if they use it they will either be protected by their God or become martyrs. So a pan-epidemic by not being able to target a population group is the last of their concerns. We better be prepared.
