I don't believe we have enough data to evaluate (at least I don't). What I do know is that it's always a dynamic situation, and very competitive. Ariad' Iclusig is the fourth molecule in its arena, and still, whether it's used and what percentage of the market, will depend on how it continues to be differentiated, and how it provided unique benefits, which of course, it does.
I know that a lot of people said for years the Pona was a "me too" drug, and will have no chance at all. Well, it does have a very good chance, because it prevents mutations, and the others do not. Makes it very unique. It may have the same position as a drug, that enhances the efficacy of other drugs.
