Just for the record. The Naysayers here were heavy involved with the SPNG scam from the very start. Many reports, emails and phone calls were sent to the SEC, DOJ and the Delaware Attorney General. The SEC and DOJ did not need anything to bring down SPNG - SPNG insiders did that all by themselves with false reporting and selling illegal shares
