All that being said, Baristas is far ahead in terms of actual revinue, real stores, unlimited potential, and debt to assets ratios. Every stock is issued to management at an initial prospected price...some move up and uplist and others do not. Baristas has the potential to do everything they have projected... Audited financials is the first step. We were headed to .2 when the uplisting news was first released. We will move beyond this as the next few months pan out. The best time to invest is when dumpers have dumped and dumped while the company follows through on promises.

Also, expansion always comes at a cost. What other penny stock has real visible employees and a brand name like Baristas. The name alone is worth every penny. Now that the nay sayers have been silenced we will see long term growth...imo
