You mean selling unregistered shares without a valid exemption while telling bullshit stories of how there is supposed business being conducted while fleeecing there ever living crap out of shareholders... well it is not perfect since we have plenty of Regulatory Actions that show people do in act get caught... Plenty of suspensions.. revoked tickers... of course this security has strong relations to a revoked security... Just one of the many scam factors.

This is what gets me about this argument. It gets to the point where there is no distinction between a company being diluted into oblivion or, for those that believe otherwise, that it is a huge hidden naked short position.

The end result by either the reality of dilution or the delusion of a huge hidden naked short position is exactly the same.....
