Not upset at all - just the opposite. It's always good when you negotiate from a position of strength -as opposed to weakness. I do wonder what the management of arnh is doing - if anything. Looks like they sold we three for $1,400 when the buyer valued it at $1m. This just gets more interesting. All the best.
