If these were 5-4 decisions going the other way, the repubs would be lighting themselves on fire screaming, "ACTIVIST COURT"! The dems never do that.

Just like Nancy Pelosi said first thing when she became speaker, "impeachment is off the table"....the teabag leadership are foaming at the mouth to impeach the President who just won the last two elections in a landslide.

These people really are traitors to the country and hate America with a passion. Democracy sucks for them when it doesn't go their way.
