Oh my, the uplisting is coming sooner than I thought and obviously attached with a proper capital raise. On to the big leagues at last with real institutional backing. So let me just say this in advance ..... "Weeeeeeeeeeee !!" Let me be the first one to thank you for being the first one to bring the good news to the board ......

236T568 ... Just in case ...

"Oh my... ADTMD issued another 5.3 million ADTMD shares in a private placement:"

someone gets all in a dither over the above statement, to the best of my knowledge, the 5.3 million shares merely represent the remaining shares that were available for issuance to consultants and accredited investors under the last and only remaining Reg D filing. They represent shares issued pre-split on, or after, 5-15-14 at an average share price of approximately $.09. Consequently, that translates to about 178,000 shares post-split, and I would think they have all been included in the latest number of outstanding shares.

Unless anyone has a better explanation, I'll stick to that.

I would also like to mention that retail buyers may be more important now than institutions, because as of 3-31-14 the Company only had 287 "Stockholders of Record", and depending on which NASDAQ exchange management will be applying for up listing to, the requirement would be either 300 or 400 such stockholders ... if I'm not mistaken, retail holders always represent the vast majority of "Stockholders of Record".

Also, I think it should be pointed out that as a result of the OneScreen/Media Graph acquisition, the Company will apply the $16.5 million purchase price to "Additional Paid In Capital" which would effectively increase ADTM's Equity position to almost $18.5 million as of 3-31-14. This, too, could improve Adaptive's chances of meeting another potential up listing requirement.

Furthermore, since I've been thinking more along the lines of up listing, it could be possible that Mr. Shareef chose MIMV to reverse merge with in order to utilize Mimvi's length of time in business. Some NASDAQ exchange listings require at least two (2) years in business which would allow ADTM to use as another potential requirement. Reverse merging into a dormant shell would make Adaptive's start in business day add up to less than the two (2) year requirement, at least that's the way it seems to me.

Just some things to consider while we wait for ADTM's adeptly calculated plan to emerge in full.

ADTM

P.S. I have a feeling that we've seen the last of Reg D filings. I wouldn't be surprised if Adaptive might even institute a Secondary IPO when it finally applies for up listing, especially if there is a distinct need for growth capital. If that be the case, ADTM won't be issuing shares for a mere 3 bucks ... remember Rocket Fuel (FUEL) ???

"Rocket Fuel announced the sale of 4 million shares [of DILUTION] Thursday night for $29 -- the top of a range that had already been increased -- producing a total take of $116 million at a valuation of $942.5 million. That wasn't nearly enough for investors, however: The stock opened Friday morning just before 8 a.m. Pacific time at more than double the IPO price, $59.95, and traded in a range from $54.51 to $62.50 before closing at $56.10, a first-day "pop" of 93.5 percent."

Let's see ... ADTM's "Net loss per share – basic and diluted" was ($.01) for the 1st quarter ended 3-31-14 compared to FUEL's ($.33) ... I guess things don't always seem to add up right, do they ???

236T568 ... I just wanted to say that I ...

was quite surprised when I saw not one reply from you this morning [not like you] to my last four (4) posts even though they were all addressed to you.

I was just wondering if you didn't have a chance to read them, or you haven't found an adequate response yet. I was sure hoping you would start considering at least some of the more important issues regarding ADTM, but I guess that's not going to happen ... you didn't even provide an explanation for your ...

"Oh my... ADTMD issued another 5.3 million ADTMD shares in a private placement:" ...

that appears to be a warning to shareholders that the Company's management pulled "another fast one" on its shareholders, which we all should know now just isn't the case.

By the way, and since it appears you're still concentrating on the daily fluctuations on ADTM's share price, you got any predictions on what you think is going to be happening today ??
