I bought shares based on the statement that partnerships are going to come to fruition in the coming year.
IMO, you cannot disclose such a statement and not deliver unless you were intentionally misleading the investment community. I have not heard nor seen any official retraction of such and it has been more than 4 months. I mean this was said by the CEO of the company live on a quarterly conference call and no disclaimers were used such as might, could, possibly, maybe, etc.!!
Talk about stepping in a hornets nest if this isn't true!
