net loss will be a positive soon, because it will carry forward and relieve future income from taxes.

That does not say debt. The deficit is not debt! That is a deficit to the company because of the shares outstanding that the company no longer owns but has issued

These are not losses in one quarter but the accumulated losses that the company has in total for the past 15+ years. And the 1B deficit is not debt but total of outstanding shares not held bu the company. You, DD if you have any shares, are part of that deficit. Accounting 101
