No. I believe you were told the SEC would not tell you if there is an active investigation into Treaty. You can call them and find out but I don't think they will tell you. Only those that have filed a formal complaint would know for certain and also those that have been called and asked questions about Treaty from the SEC. Hope that makes it clear for you.
