Level 3 operates a Tier 1 network which provides core transport, IP, voice, video, and content delivery for most of the medium to large Internet carriers in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Level 3 is also the largest competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and the 2nd largest provider of fiber optic internet access (based on coverage area) in the United States.



I think that moving to work with this class of transport provider indicates the quantity and quality of service that Telvue is now providing and anticipates adding onto in the coming months.

I stated several times that TEVE may be a takeover target, but at current levels, no company will pay much in premium for this stock. Fair value yes but not your ATM that many claim it to be.
