PTAH - i do ggupta1767 ..here is one person's take on the yearly moves in August -

Sounds like someone has an expense that comes around every Aug...so they build the stock up enough to be able to sell shares and make their committed payment or payments..

(not that this kind of thing ever happens in OTC World lol)
