You are 100% correct. NOTHING....NOTHING will happen with the pps until DGRI is current and the chill removed. With each PR released we will only see a tick or two increase to be followed by lower levels. What is disturbing is the website is not up and functioning..for some reason this will be a major factor with getting the chill removed. Further, without aggressive action by the company, it could be Christmas before current reporting status and the removal of the chill is realized. Come next week if the company is not addressing these issues, I see this stock as a "Sell" @ .0013 - .0016.
