A 1 for 10 at $5 taking us to $50? Yeah...that would be a barrel of laughs. lol... Seriously, would there be enough liquidity after a 1 for 10 for institutions to buy in? ...especially with Offor & company holding over 50% of outstanding shares?

Tryoty .. .I haven't been saying anything for the last several hundred posts. Just want to put out something for consideration. The manipulation where we are is a real negative; however, reverse splitting to get us a higher dollar value is highly overrated in my opinion. A $5 share is more likely to double to $10 than a $50 share is to double to $100. I would rather have 10 shares of stock worth $5 than 1 fifty dollar share of a stock if I value their potential for increase similarly. If the $5 stock increases by $5, I double in price (100% increase). If the $50 stock increases by $5, it only increases 10%.

Some people want the higher dollar stock due to respectability. Some can't afford the high dollar stock but will/can buy into the lower valued one. High dollar stock is more stable usually and thus has less volatility making it more safe for investors. There is less percentage of moving up or down. Less chance for loss and also less chance for profit. That is one reason most of us are here. At some point, I will have to determine my exit level in order to go to another stock which holds great potential for moving up PERCENTAGE wise to maximize my earnings . . .or decide if I am OK to stay in with little opportunit for growth but gaining stability instead. Perhaps I will stay here if dividends become a reality. I see ERHC as having great potential right now. There is too much noise and potential to think of moving.

In the game of Monopoly, I always bought the purple and light blue properties right after "Go" and was able to place hotels on them quickly. I usually won over the players who lusted after Board Walk and Park Place due to their high dollar cost but perceived respectability. It took forever seemingly for players to get hotels on Boardwalk and Park Place due to their cost and having to improve their properties equally. I usually won.

Meridian indicated earlier that the company would like to get the shares in the hands of those who were not traders and the price up where there would be less volatility. I see this from a company's viewpoint; however, they (management) are looking after number one,. . . and I am looking after a different number one. They didn't take me to raise, and I know I won't be in their will.
