What non pennystock scam

post a picture of it's product in a retail store on the OFFICIAL company Facebook page, yet doesn't disclose who the retailer is???

If they can't disclose the name, then they are violating the agreement by posting the picture because if they do not have permission to disclose the name of the store, the store would not give permission to publicly post pictures of the product display.

But regardless, the product is supposedly available for sale to the public. What NON PENNYSTOCK SCAM keeps product availability a secret?

Ain't no secret why investors don't trust this company.
