You make it sound like he voluntarily took the shares in lieu of cash. The fact is, he didn't do this voluntarily. He did it because he had no choice. They don't have the cash to pay him or the others, so they HAVE to issue shares. Is this correct, or not?
You're also getting ahead of yourself. Yes, CEO's of most penny stock companies issue themselves tons of shares, then line their pockets, but they have to wait for awhile before they do that.
Calkin is just now having those shares issued to him. Can you guarantee me that at the appropriate time, he will NOT sell those shares and line his pocket?
I want you to promise everyone here, right now, that he will not do that. If you don't have the confidence to state that, then your original post is so much ground mulch.
