Great insight Otsy. It makes so much sense that a small purchase will keep the stock on their radar. And for companies like Babcock and Fisher to have an OTC on their watch list speaks volumes.

I am wondering what is taking so long for the 2Q 13Fs. They were available mid-April after 1Q. I guess the summer months are slow all over.

I would have to disagree Otsy. A purchase of 11,500 barely equals $3,000 in cash. That is probably less than .001% of their total assets.

Considering Pete Pham owns more than 10x the amount of shares than Fisher Investments I would say that is insignificant.
