GOOD ADVICE FOR ALL--- If I were picking a solution I would
pick #2 (RE-FINANCE)---but since I can not vote its a wait and see
what develops. as time goes by other problems will arise
and be addressed. so I shall not panic its a long term investment for me . SEMPER FI
