Even with this they increased cash by $800k. If you get the factoring out of the equation with a bank line of credit and 25% of $36M in quarterly billings slips to the bottom line, that will add $48M to flow through (minus some growth costs) to the bottom line. All of this is before any expansion occurs in CA or other states..they could also entertain another merger with an entity that either has the pockets to fund op costs or has moved beyond the factoring issue. Diversifying into other non-WC lines of business would further dilute the financing of the WC line...lots of ways to go here.
