If you are not surprised this is down, why did you not close your long position?

Why take a punch that you knew was coming?

That has entirely been my point of being short STSI/RCPI... even when I did believe that MAYBE ABloc did work.

Now I know better than to believe that and although I've closed by position to focus on other opportunities, I'm still amazed that RCPI hasn't arrived at 10 cents yet.

Isn't the rule that if a company does not hear from the FDA in 30 days they are allowed to go ahead with the clinical trial?

If that's the case, then since RCPI did hear from the FDA the 30 day rule no longer applies.

Correct, or no?
