your leaving out the west coast, california, nevada, and arizona, are still some of the leading growth area's in the US.. all of them are sunshine states.. you mentioned the 50 largest buildings in chicago.. look at the 100 largest casino's in vegas. all of them are energy hog's, all of them are 60% or more glass covred, if this just paid for half of their A/C bills, they are looking at millions in savings a year.. thats vegas only, Los Angeles is constantly getting brown outs during the summer.
