If NH did let it go for 5 billion, where would that put the PPS?

The way Elite is going all he has to do is ride it out and buy it for 20M. What do you think anyone is going to pay billions for what can be had for a few millions? ELTP is not reflecting that it is worth more; certainly big money investors do not seem to think so and that is why Elite is forever in the RED.
