You must admit, fun trader at least tries to use data to support his claims. I personally believe he cherry picked some data points and made many omissions such as refi options and the expected production increase and reduction of all in cost over time. But the truth is they borrowed a lot of money and diluted OS. Will it pay off is the big question.
