Effective March 19, 2014, our company entered into a non-binding letter of intent with PCS Link, Inc. dba Greenwood & Hall, a company organized under the State of California, whereby, following entry into a formal agreement and the closing thereof, we propose to acquire all of the securities of PCS Link, Inc. dba Greenwood & Hall in exchange for the issuance of 25,250,000 shares of our common stock.
