DesertDrifter -- on occasion, as with him as to her I have allowed/left up on the board at least as many as I haven't, OK -- but a little of that goes a long way, and wears a lot on some of the others here -- and there are plenty of other (and at least as effective/to the point) ways to express such a take/reaction

so as to that one term in particular, yes, I guess I am, against character, a bit of an old fogey -- so be it -- if it does become a much more common usage generally (which admittedly, as I mentioned earlier, seems just might be happening), then at some point, sure, I'll just say 'fine, screw it' -- for the time being, I'm just not comfortable allowing that one term in particular to be used routinely/repetitively -- again, in particular as applied to anyone posting here, however whatever said anyone posting here might be, as v. as applied to some public figure under discussion here
