Double checked, not really different. Also, Bill is not able to provide that information outside of financial releases, so the most he could do is say look at the previous release, or wait for the next release.
Mr. Starrs stated that they (MYEC) decided to disclose the more conservative figure which is the (higher) number of shares issued by the TA, and not what MYEC authorized. What if the audited fins prove that the TA issued more than MYEC authorized? What then? Maybe nothing can be done at this point, I am not an expert in this area. However, the audits can (possibly) at least offer shareholders an explanation as to what happened and clear up the issue once and for all.
