oh don't get me wrong, i did grab it at a fraction of market price. i'm way ahead lol. but it took over a year just to buy it.. there was a super long drawn out process. makes you realize with decent property, the banks try to tire out the ordinary buy. (i'm talking buying it at 35 percent of market value) if you wanted to flip this in 30 days, you wouldn't have been able to. (but if your a bank, and can ties up several hundred of these over a year, you can create large returns.. which the every day stooge like me can't lol) they tied everything up. even tried to claim the original owners wouldn't drop it when they agree'd with my attorney they didn't want ownership any longer. i watch these hgtv tv shows on flipping houses and giggle. the real process is grimey. i've now grabbed 2 more properties, not nearly the same struggle, but not as quick as they brag. on Hollywood lol.
