Except for the fact that not only hasn't the stock drifted south......but it has been spiking north for a year and a half.

If so then is it possible that the court would order the sweep to be held in escrow until lawsuits are settled-most likely in favor of the plaintiffs?....This happens all the time in other lawsuits so why wouldn't that be possible this year?
