There is a distinction between the ideal and the real. The S.E.C. or FINRA cannot possibly EFFECTIVELY monitor every unlisted penny stock. Likewise, there is a distinction between one's choosing to gamble, speculate, or invest. Go to the library and check out a good introductory book on stock market investing, so that you will avoid the pitfalls of stock market gambling. Better still, consider enrolling in a class at your local college on equity investing. GLTU.
