You Said....."Uni is now the newly spun "takeover" group."

You also said...."There is no takeover group and the Aussies have just looted what is left. Charter stole the $437,000 back in 2003 but got caught and was sent to prison. Is he going to get caught for looting the remaining assets of Radient?

IMO, if the Radient-diagnostic website does come up, it will probably state that reorganization was not possible and they intend to sell off assets. They probably wont tell you that all of the former Radient equipment is already in Honk Kong setting up their own private company.

Once a thief, always a thief. That seems to be the pattern."

GS I choose..The takeover group idea..More facts and filings point to that scenario...The Thief Theory..I just don't see that being possible.. You would have to be an insider to know if that was going on..You understand..Wolf

Wolfie, are you running out of spins?

Uni manufacturing and selling generic DR70 is good news?

Uni is now the newly spun "takeover" group.

You seem to be in a mighty struggle gasping for air.

There is no takeover group and the Aussies have just looted what is left. Charter stole the $437,000 back in 2003 but got caught and was sent to prison. Is he going to get caught for looting the remaining assets of Radient?

Gold
It is funny that you and several here predicted as soon as the patents ran out that Uni and anyone else interested could and might produce the generic version of DR-70 as they would have the IT to do it. Now that it seems some are, this is being spun as the biggest news ever? I guess I don't get it. If any type of UNI deal was big news, Radient would not have become insolvent right?
