Let's go back to reality and let's see if NNVC can first prove to us that its technology works on humans for the flu which is still far from being done since they don't even have a tox package after 9 years of operations.
Nanopatent: NNVC does not have rights to use the codes for anything but viruses, and even then only the specific viruses that were granted in the deal from Theracour.
Usage for bacteria or cancer is not something that NNVC can do without additional contract with Diwan.
It doesn't actually matter since this stuff doesn't work in humans, at least not as far as anyone in the world knows yet. And that is a 100% fact.
No one has created a nanobacteriacide. That may or may not happen before there is a water powered car.
If nano micelles can someday be used to treat cancer there is no reason to believe that NNVC will be doing it, even if Theracour invents such technology, because NNVC is only licensed the anti-viral applications.
