Thanks for the info but I actually am quite serious. Maybe you have already looked into it, or it may be too long term for your preferences, but I have often regretted not being close enough to the action there to check out the buying land possibilities.

I have also thought of the real millionaires out of the gold rush were the people who sold the miners the picks and shovels.
