We don't need audited financials at the moment, though I know they will be done at a later pint. Right now, they could openly spend money to enhance shareholders value and we could all KNOW they have the cash to spend. For example, if a share buyback or dividend is announced, that would mean they have significant cash to purchase back shares, meaning there is not a lot of room for doubting the numbers posted in the Qs.
