Sir, with all the information that has been offered prior it would now seem to me that there is, in fact, nothing being determined or pursued as yet. There is no 'desk' sergeant, no RCMP, no concrete evidence of a lawyer having been hired, no 60+ investors clamoring for justice; simply "SOME Barrie investors looking at their options."
Until such time that something tangible and verifiable surfaces you may want to brush up on some reading. See attached URL.
