This could be the beginning of a long term viable consistent slow growth company. If everyone is looking for an outrageous spike upwards in price, you may not get it. I believe the boss's idea is to prod along slow and sure, stay under the radar, and build a company with eventual financial strength that no one or nothing can affect its existence. Just my opinion from what I've seen and the way the company operates for the last 10 years.
