Please post the court decision against HALB.The case was thrown out in California and will again fail in Nevada.However,the share structure needs to be clarified.
Nearly every penny stock has money problems and uses shares to pay for services.As long as its manageable,its not a problem.The fact HALB is absorbing some shares and still moving up is very positive.
HALB has a very interesting model and could be a winner.
