It continues to nag at me that Banro didn't go back to the company that first designed the Namoya mine. I've got a feeling one of KCA's responsibilities will be documenting everything done wrong the first time. This would involve reading through every proposal, blueprint and even every email to and from MDM. They would then be called as expert witnesses in Banro's case against MDM Engineering.
MDM did not live up to their promise to "Listen with care. Design with purpose. Deliver beyond expectation." I don't know for a fact that MDM wasn't given the opportunity to make this right. It's just odd to not see them mentioned.
