The huge discount off spot is an issue- plus we really don't know the quality of the ore nor the true size of it. There are many iron ore locations around the world that has higher quality ore that are already well funded and operational.

You would think if this is what it is...IMO the $14 Mill would have been funded a long time ago and raised already for an ALLEGED and under drilled world class ore body for proven reserves. Some of this IMO isn't adding up and they haven't filed either. Which as a shareholder- that's a major red flag and the worst scenario transparency wise you can be invested into. You can't see what's under their hoods until they do it's IMO a major disadvantage for shareholders and advantage for management to do as they wish. IMO they don't know really know what they have until they turn the drills loose-even then it may not ever happen. At this point we're talking the Ponderosa location at the mine located right off a road literally spitting distance which doesn't exude confidence it's being explored and opened up either.

$14 Mill is a fly on the wall a pretty minute amount of money in mining circles and finances...IMO they could be struggling here based on the length of time and lack of filing.

What does make me wince is who is dumping shares if this is all what people say it is? If this is the next greatest thing on earth who is selling LMFAO? IMO there could be some small time dumping going on here and there... and they could very well know this isn't going well and taking profits while it's up a little from where they bought into at.

Notice the small time diss from Comstock regarding lack of mining experience...little does the chap know who he's bantering with. Patients is a code word for treading water and trying to bail water out of your dinghy...to stall for time with small time shareholders so they don't bail on them while they look for someone that will fund their alleged golden goose. Problem is-I'm not stupid nor naive nor are you and I'm not a small shareholder. I feel it's more of a concerted small time amateur public campaign here to try and raise the stocks profile and popularity through pushing the CEO's I guess past background which is IMO a mixed bag. Rather than mining anything at all- filing reporting status and actually raise the ridiculous small amount of $14 million.
