Feeling much better about my investment after a conversation yesterday. I've had business dealings for about 15 years with a guy that is a professional investor. He funded many of my real estate development projects over the years. Now he pretty much just works as a trader from home.
After the news yesterday morning, I sent him a text message to tell him to look into solar 3d. He mentioned that he already owned a bunch of it and was already aware of the news. I'm a pretty amateur investor with just a few companies in my portfolio so when a guy I trust, that is a very technical investor, already owns one of my picks....my confidence really went up!
I think most of us here are in for the long haul and not just a short term gain. I held a stock in the early 90's that was a pink sheet stock trading in the 50 cent range. In 1996 it went from 50 cents to $57.00. Might be a once in a lifetime event but I can see it happening again with this company.
