It's always refreshing to read one of your knowledgeable posts as you are well informed regarding biotech research especially the tasks of a start up biotech company.

Hold your applause. Faint praise indeed at best.
I've been among those who have had a realistic outlook for here from my entry point. I also have this outlook because I actually have been involved with process 'scale-ups' from small lab to pilot-plant levels and know that schedules to get things done are fluid. And the scale ups that I have been involved in were relatively simple, fermentation processes.
Those looking for a quick flip into huge payouts are (in general) going to find themselves disappointed when something novel and groundbreaking is being worked on.
I bought my tickets here beginning in late 2009, and have added incrementally since. I haven't added new shares since before the R/S - but primarily because I have a holding I am happy with, and that risks no more capital than I deem wise. I've got some money sitting on the sidelines though that I am prepared to add here (or elsewhere that I watch) if I see signals I am looking for. I just haven't seen them yet.
People who want to trade - go ahead and trade - and yammer - and bloviate - makes no never mind to me. It the constant yammering that gets on my nerves.
When TOX is over and on the books - this company is going to move on up though. It's just a question of when,.... and of patience.
