I too was curious where that 22M came from as it did not say from MDM. To me it seemed to be a bit presumptuous so I am hoping that was not a number they chose internally because I thought that first PR was poorly written and that clarifying PR should not have been needed had they taken care the first time. I'd like to see this move up and settle at least around .32 or .34 - not sure why it hovers at this low.
