There is no UBRG success story here.

I can't be more frank:

UBRG/REVO/MTWD/GEG were all created by:
1.) Nicole Singletary
2.) Solomon Ali
3.) Vincent Guest

The sole purpose of the creation was to create a wash facility within which shares would be offered in exchange for fake debt to RAINCO.


The shares would be offered BY RAINCO at a 15%-35% discount to face value from RAINCO while RAINCO RECEIVED THOSE SAME SHARES AT >50% discount to face value.... And RAINCO keeps the difference.

It's highly lucrative and there is no concern of legitimate, hardworking, investing retailers.


It's a scam.

It's barely legal. The scam is legal... But the press releases are not because they ultimately promise too much.

Mark my words... One day you're going to see UBRG/REVO shares halted. Every penny invested will be lost.

Sell. Take the loss...move on or hold for the the brighter future Solly Solomon has promised for EIGHT FREAKING YEARS NOW and lose it all.

yman, that someone else is in charge besides this management team should have us jumping for joy. I hope they replace them. Personally I'd like to see GEG take over UBRG altogether. The only reason this stock is depressed is because of Solomon Ali.
