The Laurus debt is the obligation of FF and that was to be paid off last June. NOT a single share should be issued by Paul to FF or any entity to settle the final note. This was to be done last year and we shareholders have sacrificed enough dilution to have it paid off. Their failure to do so is their financial obligation not ours.
