Yeah and I'm certainly guilty of not even looking at it further after I saw the stock split stuff in the header since I was so pissed about it. Heck I'm not good at reading this nevada stuff but is this nothing but an amendment of an A/S increase from 900 million to 900.4 million shares? And if so why would that make sense? Or did they register another kind of share class with those 400k shares?
