What happend to the CFP by year end? What happend to the $25k marketing money from FF? Why didn't FF pay of Laurus as agreed to last June when our stock was trading 10 to 15x higher and much less dilutive to us? FF received enough stock to accomplish this over 1 year ago and the debt is still not paid off.

Is Paul diluting us further when they had a obligation 1 year ago?

It is his duty to protect the shareholders and has failed. What pressure was he putting on them to pay off the debt????
