Several family members have already cashed out over $1M in gift shares. That's not estate planning. That money laundering. In my opinion of course.

That's when I knew it was a scam. others yelled it was 'RESTRICTED' shares!
Yea, for one year...then it got washed into the float. - nice-...

Of course EEA paid for promotion. They wanted to dump their shares. It's common for third parties to pay for promotions. Some are at the behest of the company involved and some aren't. This one looks like it was for the benefit of Marshall. That has zero to do with the company.

There are two things I've been in agreement on with you.

1. The company shouldn't have gone after SA. They should have simply ignored it or given the editors a point by point rebuttal which would most likely have removed it.

2. Tox needs doing.

I'm in watch mode until I see tox studies underway. The only thing I'll do here is a periodic swing trade until that happens.

Karin: Someone here said that there was no proof that NNVC paid for promotion, only that "some penny stock promoter" paid for it.

Guess who that promoter was? EEA.

Guess who owns EEA? Allan Marshall.

At some point I assume that all of these "coincidences" will sink in to this board.

From Red Chip, to EEA, to the guys they had a deal with at inception, this thing was built for scam from day 1. Honestly, if you were trying to design a way to make millions, clean and legal, you would follow this game plan.
