The paperwork they have to file to get off the grays is contingent on a lot of factors. Market makers assuming liability, SEC Waiver of any investigation, etc.... It's a shiddy process.

PHOT is trading exactly like it's on the greys. Still falling PPS and volume is 1/100th of what it used to be...

99.95% of companies SEC suspended for Securities Fraud NEVER get off the grey market...

Question...why so long on the Grey list..They trade like they are not on it.
