A class action lawsuit is a waste of time. This company has so much debt. Creditors will be paid first. Shareholders are last in line. There will be nothing left at that point.

going to have a hard time with a foreign registered Bermuda corp, already inquired with a firm in the US that deals with security class actions but have not received a response yet

problem with Bermuda corps is that they cannot sue due to lack of fiduciary duty to shareholders, would be a difficult case, could still happen, only class actions I have been a part of were with US registered corporations
