- company engaged in clandestine promotion of their stock
- excessive promotional activity on ihub and twitter making use of unsubstantiated claims and unrealistic future potential
- over promotion of supposed revenue or other dollar figures that do not represent an actual profit
- engaging with toxic financing firms
- share structure hostile to investors

Scam does not mean zero operations. FROZ/MTVX chart has pretty much proven that already...
